Serenity and Peace are not indicative of perfection.
They are the culmination of all our life experiences:
A smooth highway and a bumpy country road. Young
love and disappointment. Joy of true love, sorrow
with the end of life. Pride of accomplishment, despair
with failure. Giving to make life better for those around
us. Illness that threatens the ability to give. Overriding
it all is faith that encompasses all and gives the "Peace
that passeth understanding."
